Placing an Order

All items ordered at Crocheted For You are made to order. Which means I will need ample time to make and send your products. Once I receive a request, I will send you an email giving you an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). This allotted time is based on the order I receive your request, the time needed to collect all necessary materials, make the product and send it to you. If for some reason the ETA I originally quoted changes I will send another email notifying you of the change. I will also email you once I have sent the item, giving you a tracking number.

Please be patient, all items are hand-made with care and once you receive your precious gift, it will be sure to last forever.

Payment Policy

Prices for all items are set and are displayed in each order form. Shipping and handling will be added to all orders at time of check out. My preferred method of payment is Paypal. It is free, easy, and secure. If you do not have a Paypal account you can sign up for one as you checkout or click on the link below to learn more.

If you do not wish to use Paypal, send me an email and let me know what payment method you would prefer. Sorry, no personal checks and all payments must be received before I begin making anything.

Return Policy

It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Keep in mind that everything is hand-made to order, so your item is an original! If, however, you are unsatisfied for any reason other than pattern choice, please send me an email and let me know what the problem is. I will be more than happy to work something out with you so that you are completely satisfied. Customers will pay for return shipping & handling on any returned item. No item may be returned if I am not notified first.
